IMPORTANT MESSAGE regarding Prescription benefits:

At the recent Kingston Trust Fund meeting, the decision was made to remove two medications that are currently on the CanaRx formulary and move them back to US pharmacies. These medications are Xarelto and Eliquis. If you or a family member receives either of these medications from CanaRx, you will be receiving a phone call to discuss how to proceed. Please expect this call in the coming week and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will continue to use CanaRx for all other current formulary medications.
